The apartment location proved acceptable.

The room had a distinctly unpleasant smell. This odor permeated the basement level and remained even after ventilation. I found this to be an unacceptable oversight.

the apartment was very spacious and modern. excellent facilities existed. i slept well during the nights.

one of the rooms lacked bedside tables. the double bed felt cramped, being placed between a wall and a couch.
